Pau Pascual

PhD in Visual Arts and Intermedia Arts (Interdisciplinary Artistic Activities) at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
Animation Studies at Southampton Solent University (UK).
Currently, Pau Pascual is a lecturer at the Universidade da Madeira (Portugal).

Previously, he taught in universities in Mexico, the Czech Republic, Spain, and the Dominican Republic.
He has also worked as a documentary filmmaker for Televisión de Catalunya TV3, and the Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos CUEC of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

The themes of his videos mainly address ethnography, borders zones that are a critic of society and that redefine reality. In combination with Dionysus's languages of the avant-garde music video, film narrative, and animation, the author constructs his productions.
Finally, he has held numerous exhibitions, won international awards, and his work has been acquired by the Col-lecció d'Art Contemporani de la Generalitat Valenciana.
