Lirios Matarredona
Lirios Matarredona's field of interest in the arts is printmaking.
Her work speaks of herself, and she meticulously searches for an image that captures and embraces the moment she is living, her sensations and reality, as if in a travel diary or a logbook.
Lirios sees herself as an accumulation of images, a collage of sensations, like the ones she transfers to the print. Her work implicates dedicating time for reflection and meditation, after which her graphic artwork culminates, as a necessary healing process that seeks the soul.
She does not seek to move people´s consciences, but to understand herself and leave traces of her journey.
