Jorge Sellés is selected as curator of the ADAM MEETS EVE Pavilion at THE WRONG BIENNALE 2023/2024
The management and organization team of The Wrong Biennale will have the international artist Jorge Sellés to curate the official online/offline pavilion titled ADAM meets EVE, a space that will bet on the creative figures of digital and new media artists women to give them visibility and put them in the place that corresponds to the historical memory of the art of the postdigital and digital eras.
For this next edition, which will take place from the autumn of 2023, a selection of the latest audiovisual creations of the most prominent national and international artists on the world scene will be exhibited together with the participation of new artists and emerging creatives from the world of digital art today. Consecrated personalities will shape the creative plant with the participation of artists of notable projection.

The proposal arises from the need to equate talent and contribution, from the perennial oblivion that entities and institutions have always shown towards the figure of the digital artist woman in the same democratic, global and committed event such as The Wrong biennial.

Without making use of the more abstracted and separatist apology of feminism, as a mere and sterile propaganda tool reborn from late post-capitalism, the modest objective focuses on the real opening, without conditions and with a broad awareness of the current gender and the paradigm of identity, arisen from the opportunity in the new means of communication and expression.

Infralight, as a term subtle and vast in conception and scope and acquired from inspiration, creativity and sensitivity and represented through the current disposition and trend of digital and technological fashions and tendences, is re-established as a means of redemption and everyday learning for advancement and development, between the solid and gaseous states, of our society in its lack of values.
